Room was nice, location perfect, if you wanted Ice you had to ask front desk for it, if you needed trash bag—front desk again. The people at front desk super nice. Just some of the amenities normally get in places like this didn’t. However, that won’t stop me from coming back. Overall it was a great experience. Place is right on beach and does have private beach and cabanas. Also place to grill.
What a great two month stay we have had here at Coconut Palms Ii. We arrived extremely late on our check-in day but were able to check in and get into our room with absolutely no issue. The service here is fantastic. It is evident that the manager, Karen has spent time to create a team that works together extremely well and is laser focused on taking care of the customer. I would try to single out one or two members of the staff, but would be doing injustice to the rest of the crew as they all are tops! Had a minor issue with the lock on the door but maintenance came immediately to fix it. The beach is literally in the backyard, but we found it hard to leave the heated pool. We have stayed here several times and have noticed that each year they have been busy updating all of the rooms. Many fine food locations nearby, plenty of shopping and other activities nearby. We were excited to have seen half dozen rocket launches right from our deck! We leave shortly, but we're already looking forward to next year!
5th floor with an ocean view. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The front desk staff, especially faith,she was great, very knowledgeable. Definitely come back sometime.
The customer service was outstanding! The staff was so helpful and kind. Location is amazing got to watch the sunrise over the beach on our balcony.
We were looking for a relaxing vacation and this was the perfect location. Right on the beach and away from the highway. Highly recommend! Staff was super friendly and we had no issue with our late check in. I definately recommend.
I have stayed here around 15 times. Always a good experience. Nice pools and setting for easy walking to all of Flagler. Staff is always great and helpful.
Really enjoyed the stay. Well located and walkable to Flagler. Nice pools and staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were nice, just a little outdated. But still very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.
We have stayed here a few times now and we always have a great experience, but the rooms need updating, repainting, and thorough cleaning. The staff is fantastic and they have added a coffee bar and little market to the lobby with was a nice update.
